Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (Overtime on Fridays if needed)

Starting Pay: $16/hr

Key Responsibilities:

	
• Construct wall panels using both automated and manual processes.
  
  	
• Read and interpret tape measures and follow specific build instructions.
  
  	
• Safely operate a nail gun, impact driver, various saws, and other power tools.
  
  	
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  
  	
• Collaborate with team members and cover different roles as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

	
• Carpentry or framing experience required.
  
  	
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
  
  	
• Proficiency with a nail gun and other standard power tools.
  
  	
• Must provide your own manual tools: hammer, square, tape, and claw.
  
  	
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
