Rod Busters & Form Carpenters needed!

We are hiring experienced Rod Busters and Form Carpenters for immediate placement on large-scale commercial and civil concrete projects in Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Position Details & Responsibilities

Rod Buster Role
Responsibilities: Accurately measure, cut, bend, and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) and mesh for poured concrete foundations, walls, and slabs.
Requirements: Ability to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and safely operate rebar benders and shears. Must possess strong stamina for physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
Preferred: TWIC Card for site access and proven journeyman-level rebar experience.

Form Carpenter Role
Responsibilities: Construct, erect, and dismantle wooden or metal concrete forms, slab edge forms, and structural frames to exact grade and layout specifications.
Requirements: Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, drills, levels) and the ability to measure accurately.
Preferred : Minimum 2 years of commercial formwork experience
