General Laborer / Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: Buckeye, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team at a busy manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Operate and move large equipment throughout the facility and yard
Operate backhoes, forklifts, loaders, and other heavy equipment (experience preferred)
Assist with general labor and facility maintenance projects
Load, unload, and transport materials
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist production and yard personnel as needed
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
Backhoe experience strongly preferred
Ability to safely operate large machinery
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Construction, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plus
