This is not a field role. You won't be on job sites, swinging tools, or running calls. You simply hold the license under our company, stay in good standing with the state board, and receive a recurring monthly payment. We handle the day-to-day operations, scheduling, technicians, and customers.

Requirements:

Active, valid Master Plumber license in good standing
License must be transferable / qualifiable for a company
Clean record with the state licensing board
Willingness to enter into a long-term qualifier agreement
Reachable by phone or email when needed (rarely)
Responsibilities:

Serve as the company's licensed qualifier of record
Maintain your license in good standing (we cover renewal costs)
Be available for occasional sign-offs, board correspondence, or inspections
Provide guidance only as needed no field work required
