Durango handyman needed

Looking for a consistent handyman to work on residential rentals and a mini-storage property in Durango. Work includes everything from light electrical and plumbing to fixing cabinets and lighting pilot lights. At the mini-storage, work includes maintaining garage doors, light electrical, and painting. Work is consistently 10 hours per week and most of it can be scheduled. Some needs to be completed on short notice when plumbing leaks and heating system issues arise.
