Architect Needed

E-Tech Construction & Development is seeking a licensed architect or experienced architectural designer for ongoing small commercial construction projects in the Las Vegas area.

Projects may include:

Tenant improvements
Restaurant and brewery remodels
Outdoor patios and pergolas
Building facade improvements
Permit revisions and as-built drawings
Small additions and code compliance plans

Requirements:

Experience with commercial projects
Familiarity with City of Las Vegas permitting process
Ability to provide permit-ready drawings
Responsive and able to work on smaller projects as needed
Nevada license preferred (or ability to work with a Nevada-licensed architect)
