Residential Service Plumber

True Plumbing Company is hiring an experienced Residential Service Plumber to support our growing service operations throughout Clark County, Cowlitz County, and the Portland Metro area.

This is NOT a new construction or rough-in position. We are looking for a plumber who can diagnose problems, communicate solutions, prepare estimates, and perform high-quality residential service work.

What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform whole-home plumbing inspections
- Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Prepare estimates and close work in the field
- Install and service:
-- Water heaters (tank & tankless)
-- Water filtration systems
-- Fixtures, faucets, toilets, and disposals
-- Leak repairs and valve replacements
-- Drain and sewer service repairs
- Document jobs using ServiceTitan
- Deliver outstanding customer service and professionalism

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years recent residential service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience presenting estimates and selling plumbing services
- Comfortable educating customers and recommending solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour, depending on experience and production.
- Performance-based compensation includes commission opportunities and sales incentives for top performers.

Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Optional overtime, weekend, and emergency (after hours work available)
