Location: Various, must be willing to travel to project sites located in Oregon
Job Type: Full-Time

R&G Excavating is seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist with all aspects of concrete placement, finishing, and site preparation on commercial and civil construction projects.

Responsibilities
Prepare job sites, forms, and reinforcing materials for concrete placement.
Assist with pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
Perform excavation, grading, and site cleanup as needed.
Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project schedules.

Qualifications
Previous concrete or construction experience preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
Have a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license preferred.
