We are a growing construction company seeking a motivated Construction Helper / Carpenter's Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn the construction trade, gain valuable hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in the industry.

Our projects include:

*Residential remodels
*Home additions
*New custom homes
*Apartment and multifamily construction

No extensive experience is requiredwe are looking for the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
*Assist carpenters and lead crew members on construction projects
*Perform general labor tasks including demolition, site preparation, material handling, and jobsite cleanup
*Safely use and maintain hand and power tools
*Help keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
*Learn carpentry and construction skills through on-the-job training
Requirements:
*Reliable transportation to and from job sites
*Strong work ethic and positive attitude
*Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
*Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working outdoors when necessary
*Clean and presentable appearance
*Ability to work well with homeowners, coworkers, subcontractors, and project managers
*Basic hand tools are a plus, but not required
*Construction experience is helpful but not required
