Skilled Carpenter/Framer - Sandpoint, Idaho

We are currently seeking a motivated, well-rounded carpenter with framing experience to join our team. You will work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to our exacting standards.

Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately plan and execute carpentry tasks.
Perform all aspects of carpentry work, including framing, roofing, siding, trim work, cabinet installation, and more.
Ensure work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and building codes.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve carpentry-related issues.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Journeyman Carpenter/Framer
Thorough knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must possess a comprehensive set of personal hand tools and basic power tools necessary for carpentry work.
