We are seeking a skilled Lead Craftsman / Remodeling Carpenter with broad residential remodeling experience to join our Production Team full-time. This is a hands-on position performing high-quality work throughout Orange County.
Cabinet installation and finish carpentry experience are required.
The ideal candidate is experienced incabinet installation, finish carpentry, light framing, and residential remodeling, and takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.

What You'll Do
Install cabinetry, hardware, and finish materials with precision.
Perform high-quality finish carpentry including baseboard, casing, crown molding, trim, and customfinish details.
Complete light framing and residential remodeling tasks as needed.
Read and interpret construction plans, layouts, and specifications.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Lead Craftsmen, subcontractors, and homeowners.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites daily.
Operate hand and power tools safely and professionally.
Complete projects with minimal supervision while maintaining company quality standards.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of residential remodeling experience.
Proven cabinet installation experience.
Strong finish carpentry skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Own truck, valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and a complete set of trade tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.
Comfortable working in occupied homes and interacting professionally with homeowners.

Ability to troubleshoot field conditions and solve problems independently

Physical Requirements
Medium to heavy physical work including frequent lifting of 2550 lbs. and occasional lifting over 50lbs.
Standing, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and working in confined spaces.
Ability to work safely in various weather conditions and active construction environments.
