We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Semi-Skilled General Laborers for a project in the Montecito area. We are looking for motivated, safety-conscious individuals who are ready to work and take pride in getting the job done right.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties on active construction and job sites
- Shoveling, digging, trenching, and site cleanup
- Demolition and debris removal
- Move and organize construction materials, including 2x4s and other building supplies
- Assist skilled tradesmen as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Complete tasks accurately and efficiently while following instructions from supervisors

Requirements:
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts as needed
- Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy materials throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Construction or general labor experience preferred but not required

Compensation:
$23.00 per hour
Overtime available
Long-term opportunity with approximately 6 months of steady work
