Experienced Handyman / Remodeling Pro Grow With a Busy Local Company

Johnny On-The-Spot is looking for a high-level handyman / remodeling professional who can take ownership of jobs, lead when needed, and represent the company well with customers. This is not a helper position. Youll be the person clients trust in their home.
What Makes This Role Different:
You wont be stuck doing the same task every day
Youll handle a wide range of work across multiple disciplines
Youll interact directly with clients and help guide solutions on-site
Youll have autonomybut also accountability
Typical Work Includes, but not limited to:
Drywall repair (patch, tape, mud, texture, paint)
Doors, trim, baseboard install
Flooring (LVP/laminate/tile)
Basic fixture installs: plumbing and electrical
Decks, fences, roofs...
Inspection punch lists, small-to-full remodeling scopes, and more!
What Were Looking For:
5+ years real-world handyman or remodeling experience
Presentable with the ability to run jobs solo, lead a helper when needed, and most important work as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Professional communication with clients
Clean, efficient workmanship (speed + quality both matter)
Reliable, organized, with own basic tools, and shows up ready to go
