ABOUT THE ROLE As an Electrical Engineer, you will be designing and developing electrical automated solutions Electrical Engineers are able to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders including customers, leadership, our sales teams, program management, research and development engineers, and our delivery team engineers that bring customer solutions to life. We have a passion for bringing together cross-functional teams to creatively solve problems. We value working closely with different groups throughout project lifecycles and believe that creating and validating user requirements at the system and subsystem level is essential for success. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Help architect the methodology and controls that will be integrated into our BRCs
- Electrical hardware selection from a mechanical requirement
- Able to understand electrical diagrams (schematics)
- Participate in mechanical/electrical design reviews
- Analyze customer needs and deliver requirements to design or process engineers
- Developing schematics based on NFPA79 standard
- Some travel for line deployments remote team syncs with one of our other Delivery team locations
- Wiring and routing final applications based on customer needs to be mounted in our BRC´s
- Autocad Electrical, Solidworks electrical, E-Drawing software knowledge
- Electrical control knowledge
- Problem-solving technics knowledge
- Industrial Automation
- BS in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Strong work ethic.
- High English level – both written and oral
- Exposure to automation technologies
- Experience using industrial electrical measurement instrumentation.
- Experience with GR&R evaluations, and safety machinery design.
- Experience with electrical schematics design.
- Experience with electrical panel design.
- Experience with electrical hardware brands and manufacturers
