About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in excavation, grading, trenching, and site development projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
-Operating excavators for excavation, trenching, grading, and site preparation
-Reading plans, grade stakes, and project specifications
-Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
-Working closely with foremen and crew members to complete project tasks
-Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on site
-Assisting with general labor duties as needed
-Maintaining accurate time tracking and required documentation

Qualifications
-3+ years of excavator operating experience
-Experience with site development, grading, and utility work preferred
-Ability to read plans and understand grade stakes
-Knowledge of safe excavation practices and equipment operation
-Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
-Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
