Job Summary
We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity supporting multifamily and commercial construction projects in the Seattle and Tacoma area. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial and multifamily plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, field teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, billing, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement coordination.
- Partner closely with field leadership to monitor job progress, resolve issues, and maintain safe, efficient project execution.
- Lead BIM coordination efforts and support alignment between design, field, and project management teams.
- Manage punch lists, closeout documentation, post-project reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage plumbing construction projects for multifamily and commercial builds.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, forecasting, billing, and cost control.
- Lead project communication with general contractors, owners, stakeholders, and field teams.
- Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, BIM coordination, and closeout documentation.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Plumbing or mechanical contracting experience preferred.
- Experience managing multifamily, commercial, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, project schedules, and job cost management.
- Proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam, Autodesk tools, and construction project management software.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, billing, change orders, and project documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
- Comfortable working in both office settings and active construction job sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- BIM or VDC coordination experience.
- Experience negotiating change orders and managing cost control.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive project success.
- Background working with mechanical contractors on high-profile multifamily or commercial construction projects.
