Responsibilities:
Build and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork
Read and interpret shop drawings and plans
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Maintain high standards for fit, finish, and detail
Work independently and as part of a professional team
Assist with installs when needed
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in custom cabinetry or architectural millwork
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
Experience with high-end finishes and detailed custom work
Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced shop
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
