GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Manager to join the Patient Generated Health Data team. This position will be located remotely and will be fully remote within the United States position.
Responsibilities:Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new initiatives in development. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops and maintains mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with team members and clients. Participates in strategic planning and leadership updates. Reports to the Sr. Program Manager for PGHD.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
- Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
- Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks, tracks, and reviews vendor deliverables.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Conducts project meetings and supports project tracking, analysis and reporting.
- Collaborates and integrates with technical teams as needed for project advancement to support PGHD's mission and vision.
- Draft, edit, and/or review foundational PGHD documents as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience)
- At least 1-2 years VA Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Experience with electronic health records systems or clinical data capture tools
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Clinical Licensure (LPN, RN, SW, PT etc.)
- Building/refining clinical workflows
- Patient Generated Health Data awareness
Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
Posted Salary Range: USD $90,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.
