Senior Project Manager-Municipal/Infrastructure (PE Required)

As a Senior Project Manager , youll take the lead on public works projects that shape local communities, everything from water systems and stormwater management to parks, sidewalks, and stream restoration. Youll serve as a trusted partner to our municipal clients, manage design and construction phases, and mentor talented team members.

This role is results-driven and aligned with the organization's strategic goals, requiring a proactive, competitive, and focused individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. It demands innovation, timely decision-making, and a strong sense of urgency to deliver practical solutions. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, and able to motivate and engage others while managing diverse tasks and adapting quickly to change. WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

  • Lead the design and project management of municipal water and sewer system improvements

  • Serve as the primary contact and advisor to cities, districts, and public agencies

  • Oversee project teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations

  • Prepare technical reports and communicate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies

  • Help shape community infrastructure throughout Washington and Oregon

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

  • PE license

  • 15+ years of relevant utility or public infrastructure experience

  • Proven project management and client relationship skills

  • Strong background in stormwater, transportation, and utility design

  • Experience with TESC, grading, water/sewer system design, and site improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Clear, confident communication skills

  • Team leadership or mentoring experience

  • Passion for sustainability and environmental impact

  • Familiarity with Northwest regulations and permitting processes
