Pay Based on Experience Apprentice Carpenters: Starting at $23/hour Experienced Carpenters: $25-$35/hour DOE Job Duties Perform framing, sheathing, and general carpentry work Assemble wall, floor, and roof components Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and related materials Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plans Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets specifications Assist with material handling and workstation organization Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work collaboratively with production teams and other trades Requirements Apprentice Carpenters 1+ year of carpentry or construction experience preferred Basic knowledge of framing and carpentry techniques Ability to use common hand and power tools Willingness to learn and work in a team environment Experienced Carpenters 3+ years of carpentry experience Strong knowledge of framing, installation, and finish carpentry techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work overhead for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and construction environment Benefits Weekly Pay Health Insurance Options Flexible Work Opportunities Opportunity for Long-Term Employment Support from Local Skilled Trades Recruiters Apply today to join a team focused on quality craftsmanship and professional growth.
