Shift: 1st Shift Job Description Join a logistics and distribution team as a Reach Truck Operator, where you will primarily operate stand-up reach trucks to move, store, and stage materials within a large, clean, and well-organized warehouse. You will focus on safe and efficient equipment operation while supporting general warehouse activities that keep products accurate, secure, and ready for shipment. Responsibilities Operate stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently to pull, place, and store pallets within high racking systems. Load and unload trucks using reach equipment while following all safety and handling procedures. Perform quality audits on products and pallets to verify accuracy, condition, and proper labeling. Operate an automated pallet wrapper as needed to secure loads for storage or shipment. Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining orderly storage areas. Handle materials by lifting, moving, and staging products as required to support daily operations. Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols, reporting hazards, and using equipment correctly. Support overall logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods. Essential Skills Minimum of 6 months of recent experience operating stand-up reach trucks. Proven forklift operation experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Ability to work comfortably at heights when storing and retrieving pallets from high racking systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Strong attention to detail to ensure product accuracy and quality during audits and handling. Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to warehouse safety procedures. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed throughout the shift. Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems or scanning equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a logistics or distribution center environment. Comfort operating various warehouse equipment, including automated pallet wrappers. Ability to support cross-functional warehouse tasks beyond equipment operation.
