Performs work to conform to quality standards and municipal codes. Essential Functions and Responsibilities : 1. Completes work orders, record material utilized on jobs and other required documentation. 7. May also perform general maintenance and repair tasks as required. 8. Performs other related duties as required and directed. Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Three years of related experience. Valid state driver's license. Preferred: Previous experience in health care industry. Certification as a Certified Healthcare Mechanic, where a written exam has been administered.
