Bates Mechanical was founded in 2001, as a strictly commercial plumbing contractor performing waste, vent, and water installations for all commercial applications. Today, we have grown to become a thriving company, employing more than 40 full-time staff members, consultants, and plumbers. Over the years, we’ve worked hard to provide the courteous, honest and responsive service and top-notch technical performance that have not only earned us numerous awards, but even more importantly, have won us a cadre of loyal clients who seek us out whenever they need plumbing work.

Our projects typically range from as small as $2K to up to $1.5 million. We specialize in new construction, medical facility installations, upscale restaurant projects, and tenant retrofits, and we are certified in medical gas piping installations and the setting of medical gas equipment. We also install storm drainage and natural gas piping.
