SPIEGEL/architects successfully merges both the aesthetic and technical aspects of architecture. Design is the art and Construction is the science, each necessary for the conceptualization and execution of a successfully built project. Design and drawings are done with a real-world understanding of the practice of architecture and construction. This approach is continued during the construction phase of the project using our extensive field experience and close working relationships with Contractors. We take pride in a well-coordinated quality document set which enables the Contractor to build efficiently and cost effectively. We understand that our responsibility is to ensure that the Client takes possession of a project that addresses their aesthetic and programmatic needs and fulfills their quality, budget and schedule requirements.
