A little bit about us…
PBNI, LLC is tribally-owned by the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians. PBNI is one of nine entities that form the Nomlaki Companies, an organization created to provide an array of construction, environmental, design, and information technology services to our clients. Under the common administration and management of Tepa, LLC (Tepa), these companies have a successful, eight-year history of delivering projects on time and within budget to federal and commercial clients across the country. Our clients include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and Departments of Energy, the Navy, Air Force, and Homeland Security.
