Jeremy Bleeker and his team have come from the post catastrophe restoration field and previously managed roofing and restoration companies throughout the united states, trained them how to work with insurance claims under extreme circumstances and to provide homeowners with timely quality repairs while meeting the highest standards. With over 50 years of experience the team at 1 Roof are ready, willing and able to handle all your roofing needs.

OUR HISTORY
1 Roof stands for a singular vision bring together our experience and expertise under 1 Roof to provide the best service possible for all of our customers. From the time Jeremy started his first roofing company in 1998, back in Iowa, he set out to make a positive impact on the roofing industry. He also pioneered recycling of asphalt shingles and became a visionary for managed repair processes for the insurance restoration field. His leadership and skillset brought Jeremy and his family to Jacksonville, at the end of 2012, which is now called home. 1 Roof was formed after Hurricane Mathew devastated our friends and neighbors in North Florida on October 7th, 2016 and is still proudly serving the residents of NE Florida.

Roofing and Restoration, Asphalt Shingle, Tile, Metal, Residential and Commercial are all systems that we offer installation, replacement or repair. We are Experts in the Insurance Claims Handling process, writing estimates in Xactimate. We offer Damage Recognition, Ladder Assistance and Emergency Tarping to adjusters and we welcome working together with insurance agents and adjusters to help expedite claims processing.
