After several years of interest for mechanical engineering, David E. Parker, President decided to pursue his passion for engineering and mechanics by signing up at a local trade school and began working on a long path to Heating and Air Conditioning Knowledge. Shortly after finishing trade school, he began to work at several union Heating and Air Conditioning Companies and continued developing a sturdy amount of climate experience and knowledge.

After several years of diagnosing, servicing, installing, repairing, and maintaining heaters and air conditioners, he decided it was time to take his experience, knowledge and personality and develop his own company.

In January of 1987 Temperature Control Inc. was born, and 7 years later Commercial Air, a sister company, was developed. 20 years later both our companies continue to pride ourselves on meeting all kinds of comfort needs for all budgets and types of properties.
