The Founding

In the early 2000s, John Perkins and his son, Travis Perkins, had a vision to establish a family-oriented paving and excavating business in a fast-growing western county. John and Travis are known in the community as entrepreneurs, who focused on doing good work and provide great service.

Expanding to Commercial Projects

Fast-forward a decade, PADCO built a reputation for contributing to large development projects, which required careful planning, management , and experience. With sustainable growth and success, PADCO started moving towards commercial projects that required: excavating, site clearing, grading, drainage, and paving, in the Northwestern parts of North Carolina.
