Qualifications and responsibilities for this Glazing Estimator position include: Minimum 2+ years of experience in glazing or commercial construction estimating Experience estimating projects ranging from $5K up to $2M in size preferred Strong proficiency in Bluebeam for takeoffs and estimating Ability to read and analyze architectural/engineering drawings and specs Prepare detailed material takeoffs and accurate cost estimates Obtain and negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing based on project scope Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal team members Evaluate risks, support scheduling efforts, and present estimates in client meetings Provide support to both office and field teams as needed for project success Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
