Sr Superintendent - Education/Healthcare/Municipal/Commercial

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee Higher Education, Healthcare, and/or Municipal construction projects from start to finish for a Top ENR General Contractor in Denver!!

This is a extremely reputable firm with low turnover and a very strong backlog of large diverse commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing construction projects, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team. This position will entail ground up projects ranging from $50M-$200M.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction project from pre-construction through project completion
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the project
• Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
• Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements:

• 10-15+ years of experience in Commercial Construction - education, healthcare, or municipal ground up projects are required.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Strong scheduling skills
