Commercial PV Installer

Are you ready to power up your career in renewable energy? Our successful Bay Area solar company is expanding our team on the beautiful Central Coast, and we're looking for experienced Commercial PV Installers to join our thriving solar team immediately!

What You'll Do:

• Install commercial solar systems on rooftops, carports, and ground mounts
• Assemble, mount, and connect solar modules and various racking systems
• Perform electrical wiring and interconnection according to plans and code requirements
• Operate scissor lifts and company vehicles/equipment
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of installed systems
• Comply with time and attendance policies
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements

What You Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience with commercial-scale solar installations
• Knowledge of NEC, solar codes, and installation practices
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Valid California Driver's License
• Must pass MVR check and be able to drive company vehicles and equipment (company trucks, lift beds, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
• Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
• Maintain a commitment to ongoing training and personal development
• Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Scoop CRM, Google Sheets and more
