GB Design Build is a leading Architecture & Construction practice in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. We are looking for an experienced residential lead carpenter to join our team. This role is responsible for supervising a crew of carpenters while performing hands-on carpentry work, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with design specifications and building codes.

High level carpentry and leadership experience is required. Must be able to commute daily to the Steamboat area, and have a valid driver's license.
