Overview This position is responsible for coordinating and administering activities related to transmission asset management. Candidate is expected to gain knowledge and understanding of both transmission line and substation components and functionality. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, data-centric, organized, and be able to balance multiple, simultaneous tasks. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Coordinates inspection requirements and activities with the inspection execution team Reviews Lines' inspection records upon completion by execution team Coordinates Motor Operated Switch inspection and replacement program Assists with asset accounting projections from proposed projects Assists with long-lead time asset projection calculations Confirms new assets are properly updated in the relevant system of record, upon project closeout Reviews and identifies corrections needed for asset attributes Updates documentation and guidelines under the oversight of engineers Performs SF6 compliance calculations Performs Transmission Substation Asset Retirement Obligation reporting Updates monthly metric dashboards Updates monthly critical structure report Must closely coordinate and provide open collaboration with other groups within the Transmission and Central Engineering/Construction groups to ensure alignment of project objectives All other duties and projects as assigned . Qualifications Required Qualifications Education Associate's Degree in construction management, project management, engineering technology, or related technical field . Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience within a professional office environment. Licensure / Other Qualifications Valid Driver's License required. Note: Must meet all requirements within this section before considered as a candidate . Preferred Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and team building skills. Effective planning, organizing, and both written and oral communication skills . Analytical skills and technical problem-solving skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Working knowledge of industry distribution/transmission/generation systems. Asset management experience is a plus . Work Conditions Normal office environment and hours. Hybrid schedule permitted (3 days in office, 2 at home). Hybrid work structure is subject to change at the discretion of the Company and/or due to business need .
