Essential Duties andResponsibilities: ? Maintain electrical, lighting, control systems andequipment throughout the property including but not limited tosub-stations, transformers, above and below ground transmissions,panels, ballasts, motors, contactors, and floats.? ? Ensure timelyresponse, diagnosis, and repair of all assigned systems and equipment.?? Adhere to Arc-Flash, PPE, LOTO and NEC requirements.? ? Ensure theinspection and safe operation of power tools, ladders, and equipment.? ?Provide safe, clean, user-friendly work areas.? ? Work in a safe andefficient manner.? ? Provide fluent and consistent communication withmanagement and corresponding departments.? ? Withstand pressure underpotentially stressful or critical conditions.? ? Report and/or eliminateall unsafe conditions, injuries and damaged equipment to the appropriatedepartment(s).? ? Flexibility to work nights, weekends and 6-day workweeks if needed.? Skills and Qualifications: ? High school diploma orGED? ? Valid Driver?s License.?? ? Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings, maps and diagrams and electrical schematics.? ?Ability to work in new and existing construction?? ? Ability toprioritize and manage daily assigned tasks incorporating preventativemaintenance practices.? ? Possess administrative skills includingorganization and documentation.? ? Possess an aptitude to handle guestrelations in a positive manner.? ? Possess soldering, metering andmeasuring, mathematical, piping, circuit tracing and mechanical skills.?? Possess positive and productive leadership skills.? ? Must provide ownhand tools.? Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary tosupport the park as a whole.
