CNC Manufacturing Shop Foreman

D.B. Webb, Inc. specializes in custom manufacturing using CNC routers, mills, and lathes to make wood, metal, and plastic components, including knife handles, pistol grips, bow grips, game calls, and furniture components.Must be at least 18 years old and able to:Work in a fast-paced environment.Stand for several hours, and lift 50lbs occasionallyRead measurements and have a sharp attention to detailWork hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm**Production/ Foreman****Full Time**Manufacturing production/assembly experience required. Job duties include machine operation, sanding, inspection, assembly work, general maintenance. QC duties include: maintaining the quality of the products during and after production; inspecting output samples; reading and interpreting engineering drawings, determining the causes of product defects and reworks, reviewing drawings and specifications to compare to produced goods.Oversee and manage daily operations of shop, ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently and safely. Supervise small staff of 3-5 employees. Plan and manage job/work schedules.Some inventory management and equipment maintenance as required.Minimum Salary: 40000Maximum Salary: 54000Salary Unit: Yearly
