As a key player on our design team, youll ensure the accuracy, integrity, and manufacturability of our Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) component designs. Youll collaborate across departments, guide drafters, and serve as a go-to expert for shop and field teams.
- Reviewing and validating complex mechanical drawings and assemblies
- Ensuring compliance with design standards, specs, and codes
- Mentoring drafters and supporting engineering teams
- Troubleshooting design issues and supporting fabrication and field operations
- Maintaining and improving internal design standards
What You Bring
- 5+ years of CAD design experience (HRSG or similar preferred)
- Proficiency in Autodesk tools AutoCAD, Plant3D, Navisworks, Revit, Inventor)
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ASME codes (a plus!)
- Associate degree in engineering or equivalent experience

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $60.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
