Carpenter / Deck Builder

Hiring an Experienced Carpenter to add to a deck building crew.

Mutliple Positions available! Pay based on experience with room for advancement.

We are looking for lead caprenters who have experience building decks, running a crew and communicating with office staff proficiently.

Paid weekly / Competetive Salary Based on Experience

Duties for this position will include but are not limited to:

Correctly install joists, beams, posts and all parts associated with decks
Understand the differences between the products
Ability to work with and lead crew, delegate tasks and teach helpers
Must be able to read and understand construction plans
Must be able to comunicate with managers in the office to disucss changes to project scope, materials, issues with staff etc.
*Job Requirements:

Valid Drivers license a MUST / Drug free
Positive attitude, hard working,
Willing to perform any task given to you by your supervisor
Ability to follow instructions, detail oriented & willing to teach
Candidates must have their own carpenters hand tools and screw gun
Reliable transportation, and ability to travel to multiple job locations
