Job Description:
The Installation and Construction Project Manager plays a key role in deploying new Great Big Game Show (GBGS) locations. This team member will coordinate the full lifecycle of site preparation and game installation, acting as the bridge between our internal teams, contractors, and vendors. They will ensure physical sites are delivered on-time, on-spec, and ready for activation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems in real time, and wants to play a central role in bringing new Great Big Game Show locations to life.
Pay & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $60,000-$80,000 (Plus Bonus)

Hours & Schedule:
Location: HQ - Smyrna, TN (non-remote)
Work Hours:
In-office: 40-45 hours per week.
Travel: 70+ hours/week during active installations (includes weekends with compensatory rest days)
Frequent travel (local and out-of-state) required; expenses covered by the company
Work Schedule Expectations:
Office: Monday - Friday, day shift.
Installation: Monday - Friday plus weekends, with varying shifts (Dayshift, Midshift, Nightshift). Weekend work may include subsequent rest days.
Job Responsibilities:
Construction
Review and adjust store layouts based on site constraints and gameplay standards
Liaise with general contractors, mall operators, signage vendors and architects.
Order site-specific materials (truss, lighting, wiring, etc.) and manage delivery logistics
Travel to sites to verify dimensions, perform walkthroughs, and assess construction progress
Oversee readiness of games and building for handoff to the operations team.
Installation
Coordinate game installation teams (technical, scenic, carpentry) to ensure alignment with project plan
Lead site logistics, equipment arrival, and daily schedules
Manage and enforce quality standards using internal installation checklists and punch lists
Conduct onsite inspections and feedback loops to inform production and R&D improvements
Serve as the primary site lead during game deployment, keeping stakeholders updated on status
Qualifications:
Experience in construction, facilities coordination, or themed entertainment installations
Bonus: Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting tools
Bonus: Experience with low-voltage wiring or AV systems
