With branches and distribution networks in over 100 countries, we bring world-class products and engineering expertise to construction professionals around the globe. Our California branch is rapidly growing, and were looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our footprint across the U.S. market.
What Youll Do:
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and construction professionals
Promote and sell Rawlplug products (screws, anchors, drywall fixings, etc.) to new and existing customers
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through field visits, trade shows, and networking
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools
What Were Looking For:
2+ years of sales experience (construction industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of building materials or hardware products is a plus
Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within California and neighboring states
