We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager with a background in civil/site development to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in civil engineering, proven project management experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality site development projects across commercial, residential, and/or municipal markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of civil/site development projects from conception through completion. Oversee the preparation of engineering plans, specifications, and design documents for grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, erosion control, and roadway design. Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely project approvals and successful outcomes. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing needs. Mentor and support junior engineering staff and designers. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and standards. Participate in business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree a plus. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia (or ability to obtain within 6 months). 6-15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering with a focus on site development. Proven track record managing civil/site development projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other civil engineering design software. Strong knowledge of Georgia development regulations and permitting processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in land development, stormwater modeling, and hydrology/hydraulics. Familiarity with GDOT and local municipal design requirements. Strong relationships with local clients, contractors, and permitting authorities.
