Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from ABET Accredited University
Six (6) years of practical application of mechanical facilities engineering, including HVAC, hydronics, process piping, exhaust, plumbing, and related mechanical facilities systems
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Oregon or ability to obtain within 3 months (active NCEES record)
Two (2) years field experience on an active industrial site
Preferred Skills:
Two (2) years of experience working with complex semiconductor manufacturing tools either their manufacture, installation, or use in cleanrooms
Proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks software
Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical facilities engineering tasks including HVAC, hydronics, process piping, exhaust, plumbing, and related mechanical facilities systems
Collaborate effectively in multi-discipline design teams
Support project during normal working hours (0700 to 1600 Pacific Time), adjusting schedule as needed
Ability to travel to client site in Hillsboro, OR and/or as needed for team integration, facility familiarization, and project needs (less than one week per month)
Physically able to conduct visits and walks at active client sites in various stages of construction, including walking long distances, sitting and standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, twisting, crawling, climbing ladders, working on catwalks, working in small spaces, and lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
