Job Description:
As a Concrete Foreman, you'll lead teams in constructing concrete structures from footings to finishes. You'll manage projects, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Your role is pivotal in meeting project deadlines and maintaining high work quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage concrete construction teams.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and completion.
• Ensure all work meets ADA, OSHA, and MSHA standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage schedules, materials, and equipment usage.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in concrete construction, with experience in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills (blueprint reading, setting elevations, layout, concrete forms, concrete finishing, heavy equipment, etc.).
• Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to pass drug test and physical.
• Adaptability: Willing to work nights and in various weather conditions.
• Language: Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
