Construction Project Manager

-Motivated, enthusiastic, and team player

-Customer service experience

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication and leadership abilities

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion

- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality control

- Preferred but not required to interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents

- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements

- Preferred but not required collaborate with engineers, and familiality of permit requirements

- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and upper management
