Our client, a global leader in designing and manufacturing cutting-edge thermal and power conversion equipment, is seeking Plastic Welders to join their team. As a Plastic Welder, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team invested in your success. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: Plastic Welder

Location: Mentor, OH

Pay Range: $19

What's the Job?

  • Perform plastic welding using techniques such as hot air welding, extrusion welding, and laser welding.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding methods.
  • Inspect welded seams and products for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in welding or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The desire to learn a new skill and grow into a career.
