Project Coordinator
We are actively looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team, at a building material supplier that manufactures and distributes a wide variety of building products to both single- and multi-family homebuilders, developers, and contractors.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for actively managing multiple projects a time while proofing submittals, generating change orders, oversee order entries for your projects and manage the accountability of field managers while also working closely with various in-house departments, as well as customers and vendors.

Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:
- Coordinate with field managers, ensuring timely submission of verifications and data, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
- Post bid addendums, proposal requests, etc.
- Using experience and knowledge as they relate to building products
- Documenting all aspects of any given project through contracts, change orders, sales orders, purchase orders, order acknowledgements, submittals, emails and/or other forms of correspondence.
- Managing several projects daily
- Working with production on lead-times and shipping details
- Direct communication with customers via phone, email, or jobsite visits
- Determining and adequately meeting project schedules & deadlines
Requirements of the Project Coordinator:
- Previous experience in related fields (carpentry, construction, building materials)
- Associate's degree in related fields preferred
- Knowledgeable in Construction processes and what Building Materials are required
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
