Machine Operator Job Description This role involves setting up and operating equipment safely, productively, and ergonomically. The position is highly rewarding and requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities Set up machines for operation, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Operate machinery efficiently to meet production targets. Ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as required. Adhere to ergonomic practices to promote workplace safety. Essential Skills Minimum of 1 year experience in machine operation. Experience with sheet metal production. Strong understanding of machine operation principles. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with production environments is advantageous.
