Spherion Canonsburg hiring a General Laborer to assist production needs in the Mon Valley area.

An ideal candidate will have the ability to assemble products manually and with hand tools along with operating a front end loader.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the assembly line to assembly products
• Collect stone samples and analyze them in the laboratory
• Keep an organized track of the samples and test results in an Excel spreadsheet
• Use mechanical knowledge to assist in various tasks
• Operate forklifts and/or front end loader
• Follow safety protocals

Education: High School

Experience: 12 months

• Prior experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Being familiar with hand tools is very helpful
• Ability to fabricate components or assist in mechanical tasks is a plus
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations is beneficial
