Project Manager

Client is unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to collaborate closely with our CEO to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will initiate the process once a project is secured, guiding it through the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, installation, and acceptance phases. You will manage approximately 20 projects at any given time, starting with an existing order of seven duplicate projects, with the goal of gradually taking over responsibilities from the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive projects from sell to completion, ensuring smooth progress through all phases.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, assembly, installation, and acceptance teams.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with customers and internal departments.
• Utilize project management software and Excel for project tracking and updates.
• Engage in customer interactions, ensuring their needs and updates are addressed.

• Previous project management experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management software and Excel.
• Customer interaction experience.
• Engineering or design experience preferred.

• Experience in project management within manufacturing (not construction or software).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Helpspot used).
• AutoCAD experience.
• Degree or PMP certification is beneficial but not required with relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of project management experience preferred.

The role is based in an office and machine shop environment. The Project Manager will work closely with the CEO to transition workload. The company specializes in designing and building CNC Machining centers for diverse industries, including wood, aerospace, energy, stone, glass, and transportation. This position involves project-based work that is non-repetitive, with little to no travel required.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

PTO is as follows:
After 90 days - 24 hours (3days)
After 1 year 64 hours (1 week 3 days)
After 2 years 120 hours (3 weeks)
After 5 years 160 hours (4 weeks)
