JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Job Duties \* Performs ticket processing
duties through Digger\'s Hotline for locating facilities to ensure safe
excavation. \* Answers incoming phone calls from utility companies and
company Foremen. \* Manages scheduling crews and coordinating with
drilling division, communicating crew list to customers. \* Responds to
inquiries regarding excavation accurately and in a timely manner. \*
Contacts utility customers to inform them of upcoming work on their
properties via a telephone call or email message. \* Communicates with
supervisors and crew members to coordinate work schedules with upcoming
projects. \* Reconciles billing by understanding units/descriptions of
work. \* Maintains the database for completed work orders and
restorations. \* Other duties as assigned. Qualifications \* High school
diploma or equivalent required. \* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a
call center or similar environment preferred. \* Excellent written and
verbal communication skills. \* Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail. \* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word
and Excel required. \* Ability to operate equipment such as computer
keyboard, mouse, 10-key calculator, phone, and similar machines. \*
Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, blueprints, and maps.
\* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a
team-oriented environment. \* Must be able to sit and talk on the phone
