Industrial Electrician

Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes with over 100 years of experience and approximately 30 billion envelopes manufactured annually. We are hiring immediately for a Licensed Industrial Electrician in our Kirksville, MO plant on 1st shift.Industrial Electrician Pay/Schedule:- Pay Rate $29/hr- 1st shift- Monday: 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.- Tuesday-Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.- Schedule: Mon-Fri/Sat required during busy season/based on business needs.Industrial Electrician Responsibilities and Daily Duties:- Maintain, service, troubleshoot, install and repair electrical and electronic circuitry and related components associated with production equipment.- Utilize electrical ladder diagrams, electronic circuitry diagrams, and software programs to modify, repair, or improve equipment functionality.- Install, maintain and repair wiring, motors,, lighting and electrical systems.- Ability to work with machine shop equipment lathe, drill press, welding, and cutting equipment- Troubleshoot, install and repair pneumatic, hydraulic components- Other duties as assignedPhysical Requirements and Work environment:- Requires frequent standing, walking, carrying, bending, stooping, grasping, and reaching; manual dexterity including hand/finger coordination.- Ability to perform a volume of mechanical detail work with speed and accuracy.- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs,; carry 50 lbs,' push 100lbs., pull 75 lbs.- Exposure to noise. Must wear hearing protection and safety shoesCenveo is an EEO EmployerRequirements- Electrician license required; industry related experience- The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent- Mathematical skills; must be able to read a scale and work with fractions- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the electronic diagnostics of PLCs, AC/DC drive systems, working with voltages up to 480V; etc.- Solid troubleshooting skills; Configuration and calibration of various sensors.- Willingness to work overtime as needed/other shifts if needed.undefined
